Order Cancellation by Customer
Orders placed through the Cineva kiosk are sent instantly to the kitchen for preparation. Because food items are made fresh:
- Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.
- Cancellations may be possible only if the kitchen has not begun preparing the order.
Order Cancellation by Staff
Canteen staff may cancel an order under the following situations:
- Ingredient unavailability
- System or equipment malfunction
- Operational constraints
- Incorrect order entered due to kiosk or staff error
Refund for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Non-Cancellable Situations
- Food already prepared
- Order already delivered
- Customer changes mind after payment
