Return Policy
Food items once prepared and delivered cannot be returned due to food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under these circumstances:
- Order was paid but not prepared
- Order was not delivered
- Incorrect item delivered due to staff error
Non Refundable Situations
- Customer changes mind after order confirmation
- Food consumed partially or fully
- Delays due to high demand or unavoidable situations
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed by the canteen staff or management. Refund may be issued as:
- Cash refund
- Wallet or credit balance (if available)
- Re-preparation of the same order
